I am outraged at the inefficiency of the breakfast service. On one occasion, I waited far too long for the eggs and bacon to be replenished. The male staff clearly needs better training, as I had a very frustrating morning due to their sluggishness. The bathroom fixtures looked outdated, which really undermined the overall experience.

Could have had a hot tub. We ended up paying $219.48 plus $51.36 tax for two nights. We could have stayed at the Holiday Inn Ex. And gotten as good a deal or better. They have hot tub.

It is a very nice hotel enjoyed our stay very friendly staff for the most part.
Requested 1st floor room ended up on the 3rd floor but it worked out. Both mornings of our stay we needed to leave early and a younger man was waiting at the entrance in his car, I am guessing he was waiting to pick an employee up. I think he could have parked and waited, would have looked a little nicer on the hotels part.

Enjoyed the warm and clean pool. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. We explored local spots and did some shopping nearby. Staff was really friendly. A solid place for groups looking to chill and have fun together!

bedspread, full mirror, ironing board and food in restaurant for breakfast was the best we've ever had!
huge crack the entire width of the bathroom sink pillows were too small and soft. Seemed appropriate for young children coffee in bathroom was not good

The stay was AMAZING; no complains at all. Everything was great during 3 days, really enjoyed its great location just off the World Equestrian Center and the airport and several restaurants. The staff were accommodating and incredibly welcoming and kept the place clean. A wide range of food items served for very good breakfast.
